Experienced Commercial Window Cleaner
About The Position
LWC Services is seeking experienced window cleaners for steady, full-time, year-round commercial work. This is not an entry-level position, and the company is looking for technicians who are comfortable working at height and can contribute immediately. The role involves commercial building window cleaning, including lift work, drop work (Rope Descent Systems), and using water-fed pole systems. Work locations include atriums, interior glass, hospitals, campuses, and large facilities. Requirements
- Prior window cleaning or high-access experience
- Comfortable working at height
- Reliable transportation
- Professional on customer sites
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a background check
Nice To Haves
- Aerial lift operator experience (considered for premium pay)
- Rope descent technician experience (considered for premium pay)
- Scaffolding experience (considered for premium pay)
- Crew lead experience (considered for premium pay)
