About The Position

Greenville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills. Previous Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or Stellantis experience is highly preferred, but experienced technicians from other manufacturers with solid diagnostic abilities are also encouraged to apply. The dealership offers a unique pay plan that combines a secure hourly base pay with production-based pay for every flagged hour turned, ensuring technicians are compensated for their time and rewarded for their productivity. Requirements

  • Experienced professional Automotive Technician.
  • CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with electrical and drivability diagnosis.
  • Ability to perform both light and heavy mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Own professional automotive tools appropriate for your experience level.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Stellantis certifications are a major plus.
  • Current Stellantis certification is preferred but not required for an experienced technician with strong diagnostic ability and a proven track record.
  • Accomplished technician from another manufacturer whose skills will transfer well to CDJR.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
  • Perform electrical, drivability, mechanical, HVAC, steering, suspension, brake, engine, and transmission repairs.
  • Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and software, including wiTECH.
  • Complete warranty, recall, maintenance, and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow Stellantis factory repair procedures and quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding diagnosis, repair needs, and vehicle condition.
  • Stay current with required manufacturer training and certifications.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Assist and mentor developing technicians when needed.
  • Take pride in producing quality work and helping the entire service department succeed.
