About The Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced Cat Groomer at Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming. The company is a mobile pet grooming service that provides a stress-free, one-on-one experience for pets at their homes. The groomers work in professionally equipped mobile vans and focus on the comfort, safety, and well-being of each pet. The company values professionalism, supports growth, and provides the necessary tools for effective grooming. This role is with a Bark & Mane franchisee, who is independently owned and operated.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience grooming cats including trimming, shaving, styling, bathing, etc.
• Previous grooming experience (trimming, styling, bathing, etc.).
• Clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Must love pets.
• Able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Relationship building skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience grooming dogs is a plus.
• Pet handling skills are beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Groom cats including trimming, shaving, styling, bathing/washing.
• Provide a stress-free, one-on-one grooming experience.
• Communicate with pet owners about the best care for their pets.
• Safely handle pets.
• Build relationships with pets and their families.
• Deliver expert grooming care.
