FT/PT Experienced Caregiver

Always Best Care Senior Services Jacksonville is a state licensed and nationally accredited home health agency providing private duty non-medical and skilled care in Clay, Duval, and St Johns Counties. Requirements
- Active CNA license, home health aide certificate from accredited school or at least 1 year of consistent caregiving experience
- Active CPR certification
- Current TB test with negative results (within the past year)
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential for this position
- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening (Level 2 background screening https://info.flclearinghouse.com )

- Prefer steady, consistent assignments over last-minute scheduling

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support clients with daily routines while maintaining dignity and respect
- Prepare light meals and assist with household tasks
- Offer companionship and attentive care
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care team
