Requirements

Certified HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required
Reliable vehicle for client transportation
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a heart for caregiving

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support
Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed
Work one-on-one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules
