Requirements

  • Certified HCA or CNA preferred, but not required — we pay for your training
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required
  • Reliable vehicle for client transportation
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, dependable, and compassionate with a heart for caregiving

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed
  • Work one-on-one in clients’ homes with varying shifts and schedules
