About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Sequim, WA is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full- or part-time Caregivers. This role involves making a meaningful impact in the community by providing care to clients with disabilities, including those requiring heavier care. Requirements

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with client bed care, wash ups/dressing, positioning, etc.
  • Providing assistance with daily activities such as personal hygiene and preparing nutritious meals.
  • Acting as a compassionate companion to clients.
