Experienced Caregiver – Private Duty Senior Care

Amada Senior Care is growing and looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers in Galveston, TX who are willing to travel at least 20 miles to serve clients in surrounding communities. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to successfully pass background checks and drug screening
- Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
- Willingness to work with both male and female clients
- Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius
- A compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift and gait belt preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility, errands, and appointments
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities
