About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking experienced, dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, deliver compassionate care, and can work independently while maintaining strong communication with our team. As an experienced Caregiver/PCA, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and safety. This role requires confidence in delivering personal care and the ability to manage day-to-day client needs with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA
• Strong understanding of personal care and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
• Provide medication reminders
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate communication with care team
