About The Position

ISD Construction is seeking an experienced Bathroom Remodeling Installer / Lead Installer to join their residential remodeling team. The company specializes in shower and bath replacement, bathroom remodeling, and residential renovation projects. They are looking for individuals with trade knowledge, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a desire for earning potential that grows with skill, responsibility, and production. The role requires hands-on experience in installing showers and tubs, completing bathroom remodels, troubleshooting field issues, and professional conduct within customer homes. This is an immediate-hire, full-time position. While product-specific and on-the-job training will be provided, the role is primarily for applicants with significant residential construction or remodeling experience.

Requirements

Hands-on residential remodeling or construction experience
Experience with bathroom remodeling, shower installation, bath replacement, or related trades
Proficient with common hand and power tools
Understands basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, trim, and remodeling practices
Can perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finish work
Can complete assigned work with reasonable supervision (Installer)
Requires limited supervision (Experienced Installer)
Can diagnose and solve common field conditions (Experienced Installer)
Can communicate professionally with homeowners (Experienced Installer)
Consistently completes work to company quality and production standards (Experienced Installer)
Can safely perform the physical requirements of residential construction and remodeling
Speaks fluent English
Has reliable transportation

Shower and bathtub tear-outs and replacements
Tub-to-shower conversions
Acrylic shower and bath system installation
Walk-in tub installation
Full and partial bathroom remodeling
Demolition and job-site preparation
Shower base and bathtub installation
Shower wall system installation
Plumbing valve and fixture installation
Shower door installation
Minor framing and carpentry
Drywall and wall repair
Trim and finish carpentry
Flooring and finish work
Measuring and laying out installations
Identifying and correcting job-site problems
Loading and organizing materials, tools, and equipment
Protecting customers' homes during construction
Maintaining clean and professional job sites
Communicating professionally with homeowners
Completing projects efficiently and on schedule
Maintaining ISD Construction's standards for workmanship and customer service
Independently run bathroom remodeling and shower replacement projects (for Lead Installer)
Take responsibility for a project from demolition through final completion (for Lead Installer)
Perform or coordinate the necessary plumbing, carpentry, wall repair, trim, and finish work (for Lead Installer)
Accurately measure, plan, and prepare installations (for Lead Installer)
Troubleshoot unexpected job-site conditions (for Lead Installer)
Maintain project schedules and production expectations (for Lead Installer)
Direct and train an installer/helper when necessary (for Lead Installer)
Maintain excellent communication with customers (for Lead Installer)
Perform final quality-control inspections (for Lead Installer)
Represent ISD Construction professionally without constant supervision (for Lead Installer)
