About The Position

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking an Experienced Baseball Coach in Danville, CA to lead our Advanced Camp program (ages 10–14). This position is intended for coaches with a strong background in player development who can confidently run drills, teach game concepts, and maintain structure with older campers. You will be responsible for delivering high-level baseball instruction while ensuring a professional and organized camp environment. This group requires coaches who can balance instruction, accountability, and engagement.

Requirements

• Prior experience coaching at the high school or travel level preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage groups of 10–14 year olds effectively
