Experienced Baristas and Cashiers
About The Position
AtWork is hiring experienced Baristas and Cashiers for a special 10-day event at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden during the WTA Championships! This is a great opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced team and be part of an exciting world-class event. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Baristas and Cashiers who can provide excellent customer service while working efficiently in a busy event environment. This temporary event position is a great way to earn extra income while working at one of the Coachella Valley's premier sporting events. Requirements
- Previous Barista experience required.
- Previous POS experience required
- Experience preparing specialty coffee.
- Experience with the various types of milk and foam.
- knowledgeable and passionate about coffee.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Must be available to work during the November 8–15 event.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take orders and accurately process customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Help create a positive experience for event guests.
