This is a unique opportunity to take over for a respected, 5-star rated trainer with an established client base and proven program. You’ll work hands-on with dogs and their owners, helping create lasting results through balanced training methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a balanced dog trainer
- Strong communication and people skills—you must be comfortable educating and guiding clients
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate value in your services
- Respectful, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on a leadership role
- Team player who can also work independently
Responsibilities
- Train dogs using balanced training techniques
- Work directly with clients—teaching them how to effectively handle and communicate with their dogs
- Confidently present and sell your training services to prospective clients
- Assist with training and behavior work within our dog daycare program
- Help maintain a positive, respectful environment for clients, dogs, and team members
