FT Partners is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join our Private Capital Markets (PCM) team. This individual will play a meaningful role in strengthening the firm's relationships across the investor universe and supporting the execution of capital raise and M&A processes. Working side by side with senior bankers in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment, the Analyst will be instrumental in building the tools, datasets, and marketing materials that power our client solutions and expand our investor network. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a related capital markets role.
  • Strong academic record; bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities without being prompted.
  • High level of integrity and sound professional judgment.
  • Comfortable engaging with investment professionals and navigating institutional investor relationships.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required (FT Partners does not sponsor work visas).

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting efforts and support new investor discovery initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor communications to strengthen connectivity across the firm's network.
  • Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets that enable better, faster solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the execution of live capital raise and M&A processes, working closely with senior bankers across deal teams.
  • Develop and maintain tools critical to strengthening the firm's investor relationships and improving deal execution.
