Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in client success, project coordination, onboarding, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills that keep clients and projects moving smoothly.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients without dropping the ball.
  • Detail-orientated and structured way of working, even with administrative tasks.
  • A valid driving licence is required.
  • This is a 100% on-site role, split between our office and client locations - comfort with regular travel to client sites is essential.
  • A passion for food is a must.
  • You will actively support the sales team by hosting tastings, serving food, and bringing products to life through engaging food storytelling.
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided)

  • Experience with client-facing events and cross-functional coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients directly from the point of sales handover through to conversion.
  • Serve as the primary contact during the trial period, providing guidance, structure, and clarity.
  • Strengthen and nurture client relationships early to lay the foundation for long-term success.
  • Organize and manage key events such as launch days and events.
  • Coordinate with Operations and B2B as needed to ensure smooth implementation and a memorable client experience.
  • Act as the go-to person for any trial-phase events or processes.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience during the onboarding and trial phase.
  • Analyze engagement & purchase data, and identify actions to be taken to improve those.
  • Work with your team lead in order to define initiatives that can be tested to drive up purchases.
  • Gather client feedback and ensure accurate documentation, with a special focus on B2B needs.
  • Proactively resolve early-stage issues to support seamless conversion.
  • Liaise closely with back office, sales, operations, and other internal teams to align efforts and ensure consistency.
  • Share insights from trial clients to improve onboarding, launch processes, and overall service quality.
