About The Position

The Experience team at Domino is responsible for creating impactful moments that shape the company's brand. This includes managing flagship events like Rev, vertical executive boards, executive activations at global moments, GTM Kickoff, and the Mid-Year Business Review. The team is focused on scaling these initiatives to deepen executive relationships, accelerate pipeline, expand strategic accounts, sharpen the GTM team, attract talent, and build cohesion, all of which contribute to Domino's growth and reputation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of end-to-end event production experience.
  • Track record of producing executive-grade experiences.
  • Experience with close collaboration with Sales and customer-facing teams on named accounts.
  • Experience managing six-figure budgets and SOW discipline.
  • Experience with on-site execution under pressure.
  • Event tech (Cvent, Splash, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot.
  • Project management discipline.
  • Experience with post-event measurement: pipeline, NPS, engagement.
  • Enterprise B2B context (data, AI) preferred.

  • Internal employee events (kickoffs, MYBRs, all-hands) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create unique Rev experiences across Philadelphia (Life Sciences), NYC (Financial Services), and London (international), partnering with marketing and GTM on promotion, content, and follow-up to build Tier 1 pipeline and new connections.
  • Produce exclusive executive experiences, including vertical executive boards, executive dinners, advisory boards, and intimate strategy sessions at marquee global moments, to deepen executive connections, account engagement, and pipeline.
  • Lead GTM Kickoff and the Mid-Year Business Review in partnership with the executive team to sharpen the team, attract talent, and build cohesion.
  • Run the SWAG and corporate gifts program for various audiences to strengthen the brand and build relationships and visibility.
  • Support executive engagements in strategic accounts (EBRs, briefings, Domino Days, intimate dinners) to drive pipeline and awareness.
  • Support Vertical Marketing on a few priority industry events (PHUSE, AWS re:Invent, Gartner D&A) when needed.
