The Experience Facilitator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing a wide range of internal and external events that support the bank’s strategic goals, brand identity, employee experience, and community engagement across multiple markets. This role ensures seamless event experiences through meticulous planning, vendor management, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. Overall Objectives: Develop and manage event strategies that align with the bank’s marketing, client engagement, and employee experience initiatives. Coordinate logistics for events across all four state markets, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and on-site execution from start to finish. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Monitor event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to optimize impact and ROI. Ensure all events reflect the bank’s values, compliance standards, and brand image.
