About The Position

You will lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of high-impact marketing experiences, content, products, services, and solutions that drive engagement, revenue, and customer value across global audiences. You will partner with stakeholders to develop audience-centric marketing strategies and oversee end-to-end campaign execution across owned, earned, and shared channels, ensuring programs deliver against business objectives and performance targets. You will report to the Senior Manager, Experience Delivery. You will use a hybrid work schedule and be local to Durham, NC for in-office days.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
7+ years' experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.
Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful experiences to users through user-centric design.
Experience developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms/ channels

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, translating business goals into measurable marketing plans that drive audience engagement, registrations, revenue, and member value.
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify audience needs, define strategic marketing priorities, and ensure marketing programs align with organizational objectives and growth targets.
Own end-to-end campaign planning and delivery across channels, including development of strategic marketing briefs that define target audiences, value propositions, SMART goals, KPIs, timelines, deliverables, and expected business outcomes.
Leverage audience insights, segmentation, journey planning, and campaign performance data to optimize the member experience, improve conversion and retention, and maximize return on marketing investment.
