American Girl Experience Associate (Doll Hair Stylist)

Requirements
- Must be willing to perform girl ear piercing services
- Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience in the specialty retail or service industry, preferred.
- Experience styling hair, especially for dolls, preferred.
- Experience working with children, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Approach, acknowledge and assist customers promptly.
- Execute style for dolls according to company standards and demonstrate proper doll hair care and doll skin care techniques
- Perform ear piercing services
- Conduct inventory of salon supplies and stock salon area and communicate replenishment needs when needed
- Participate in salon events including Doll Hair and Manicure Day events, hair demos, and private birthday parties
- Assist in other areas of the store as needed
- Share product knowledge, answer questions, and suggestive upsell other Salon services and products
- Share information on store events, promotions, and activities with customers
- Collaborate with co-workers to create a positive work environment and assist in training new associates
