About The Position

The Expeditor position is an integral role at Boston Pizza, requiring a strong communicator with restaurant experience and leadership capabilities. The Expo supports the entire team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture. Our Expo is the go between linking the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, streamlining the flow of food to ensure orders are accurate, timely and presentable before leaving the kitchen. Attention to detail and extensive menu knowledge are key; as is strong communication and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Checking that orders are made correctly
• Adding garnishes
• Coordinating timing
• Correctly packaging take out and delivery orders
• Helping to run food orders to Guests and interacting with guests
• Communicating issues to kitchen
• Keeping the area clean
• Other multiple duties required in this fast paced role
• Works "Shoulder to Shoulder" with team members and coaches in the moment.
• Strong communicator who can maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment
