About The Position

The Expeditor is responsible for setting up stations on the food line, preparing food trays for runners, and communicating with management and service staff about guest satisfaction. The role includes obtaining shift supplies, attending cue call, organizing food trays according to servers and tables, ensuring food reaches the proper dining room station, and maintaining a clean station throughout service. The Expeditor also communicates guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and compliments to the Food & Beverage Manager on duty, supports coworkers, and performs other related duties as assigned.

This position requires working effectively in a high-stress environment, multitasking, and speaking loudly. Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Employees regularly stand or walk, reach and carry with their hands and arms, and must be able to lift or move up to 40 pounds. Responsibilities

• Get supplies needed for the shift.
• Attend cue call.
• Tray up food according to servers and tables.
• Make sure food gets to the proper station in the dining room.
• Clean and maintain the station throughout service.
• Communicate inquiries, special requests, complaints, and compliments to the Food & Beverage Manager on duty.
• Work as a team member and assist coworkers when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
