About The Position

Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Seasonal Expeditor to support management and sales staff in its retail stores. The role helps clients obtain products and assists with the cash wrap process. It also supports store visual presentation and housekeeping by receiving merchandise and preparing it for the selling floor, processing markdowns, removing merchandise for transfers, and replenishing stock. The Expeditor may also assist with fulfillment and preparing Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders.

Requirements

• Positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Willingness to work closely with coworkers to support positive store results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
• Ability to use ladders or stairs.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by assisting with product and engaging with clients.
• Assist with the cash wrap process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
• Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
• Safeguard store inventory by adhering to the company’s loss prevention program.
• Follow store operational policies and procedures.
• Receive merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor, process markdowns, and remove merchandise from the floor for transfers.
• Assist with fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation when needed.
