About The Position
Row 34 Kenmore Square is hiring a full-time Expo to be the last line of quality control between our kitchen and our guests. If you're organized, fast on your feet, and know how to keep a ticket rail moving without losing your cool, we want to talk to you.
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or expo role preferred
- Sharp attention to detail under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to stand, move, and multitask through a full service
Responsibilities
- Call and track orders, keeping every ticket organized from fire to plate-up
- Do final quality checks – plating, temperature, accuracy – before food leaves the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with cooks and servers to keep the pass moving smoothly and on time
- Catch mistakes before they reach the table
