Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a WA Food Handlers Certification
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone with a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience expediting or serving in a high-volume environment preferred
  • Someone with a flexible schedule that can work weekends, holidays and evenings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area.
  • Performs any necessary pre-shift side work.
  • Read and check tickets as they come in.
  • Check food as it comes up in the window for accuracy.
  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the server stations.
  • Assist the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests.
  • Assist servers with continual service details.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area.
  • Be the master of the restaurant, understanding the details of the operation.
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
