About The Position
Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service-driven Seasonal Expeditor to support management and sales staff in a retail store. The role helps obtain products for clients and supports the cash wrap process while maintaining store visual and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities also include receiving merchandise and preparing it for the selling floor, processing markdowns, removing merchandise for transfers, and replenishing stock. The Expeditor may also assist with fulfillment and preparation of Buy Online Pick Up In Store orders.
Requirements
- Have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
- Be willing to work closely with coworkers to ensure positive store results.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with customers and coworkers.
- Be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.
- Be able to use ladders or stairs.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by assisting with products and engaging with clients.
- Assist with the cash wrap process.
- Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits.
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
- Assist with replenishment, stock, and transfers.
- Safeguard store inventory by following the company’s loss prevention program.
- Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
- Receive merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Process markdowns and remove merchandise from the floor for transfers.
- Assist with fulfillment and Buy Online Pick Up In Store preparation as needed.
