About The Position
We are looking for reliable support staff to clear tables and perform other hospitality duties. Your job is to ensure the clean and efficient operation of our restaurant. Candidates must work both independently and as part of a wait staff team to help ensure our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager.
Requirements
- Must have great customer service skills.
- Should have a team player attitude.
- Must have a flexible schedule, where you can work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Responsibilities
- Bus dirty tables after guests leave.
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and cutlery, transporting them to the kitchen to be cleaned.
- Deliver used dishes and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Reset tables for future customers.
- Serve water to guests and refill beverage glasses as needed.
- Follow all instructions from the expeditor.
- Promptly deliver each course as it is prepared to the correct table and in order.
- Clearly communicate any additional orders or needs the guests may have to cook staff or expeditor.
- Place and replace silverware as needed.
- Answer guest questions or listen to their concerns.
- Mop floors, take out the trash, and perform other cleaning tasks.
