We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Expediter I As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. The Expediter I is accountable for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests, facilitating rush orders, trouble-shooting order-related issues, monitoring availability of materials and parts, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes. Providing on going and excellent customer service will be the Expeditor's daily goal, through fast, accurate processing of orders, and prompt communication. This position will require performing various related administrative tasks, in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility when appropriate.
