About The Position

We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as an Expediter I As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. The Expediter I is accountable for building and maintaining excellent customer relationships by responding promptly to routine inquiries and requests, facilitating rush orders, trouble-shooting order-related issues, monitoring availability of materials and parts, and expediting parts through receiving and inspection processes. Providing on going and excellent customer service will be the Expeditor's daily goal, through fast, accurate processing of orders, and prompt communication. This position will require performing various related administrative tasks, in support of the Warehouse team and/or the Tooling Repair facility when appropriate. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Proven excellence in customer service, order entry, and/or warehouse or shipping skills, is required
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research
  • Demonstrated skills in detailed data entry is required
  • Excellent customer service attitude, with a strong willingness to assist in multiple areas within the Warehouse department, as needed
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional daily interaction with customers (as trained)
  • Ability to maintain work in an organized and clear manner
  • Ability to learn and gain knowledge of the integrated database systems, job-specific software programs, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel, as needed
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity
