About The Position

R+L Carriers is seeking an Expedite Shipment Coordinator to work at our Yplasanti location. Primary duties include supporting the guarantee of expedited service of shipments. This will be achieved through effective communication with local operations, prompt response to customer needs, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong communication/telephone skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to deal with potentially stressful situations
• General office and customer service experience
• Basic knowledge or Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products
• Ability to type 30+ WPM

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast pace environment
• Freight logistics experience
