XPUP was born out of a simple need: we couldn’t find enough professionals with the right digital skills, so we decided to train them ourselves. Role Overview We are looking for a Expansion Manager for the Czech Republic to build and lead our local market. This is not a corporate management role. We are looking for someone hungry, ambitious and sales driven, who enjoys new products, navigating uncertainty, and pushing a market forward. The Expansion Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling our presence in the Czech Republic, shaping the local product, building the team, and driving student acquisition. You will work closely with the Core leadership team and responsible for building the Czech market and turning it into a profitable operation. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, market building and leadership. We are looking for someone who: - thrives in fast-moving environments - is comfortable with ambiguity - pushes things forward instead of waiting for instructions - understands how to sell, build teams and grow a business
