Our mission is Building Bridges to Success for Children, and we're looking for an Expanded Learning Coordinator who wants to make a difference where it matters most. This isn't your typical coordinator position. You'll be at the heart of a Community Partnership School, coordinating innovative before-school, after-school, summer, enrichment, and recreational programs that help children learn, grow, and thrive. Every partnership you build. Every volunteer you recruit. Every enrichment activity you coordinate. Could change the trajectory of a child's life.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Florida Driver's License (within 30 days of hire)
• Reliable transportation
• One year of experience in a school, youth-serving organization, or community setting

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field
• Experience leading or coordinating youth programs
• Experience creating positive learning environments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an art or STEM enrichment program
• Partner with teachers and community organizations to create learning opportunities
• Recruit volunteers who want to give back
• Organize engaging activities that keep students involved and excited
• Coordinate transportation and program logistics
• Track attendance, outcomes, and success stories
• Plan special events that bring families, schools, and communities together
