American Dental Solutions is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our Lancaster County, PA dental offices. As an EFDA, you will support our dentists and clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care while helping maintain a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment. Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania EFDA license (required)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous dental assisting or EFDA experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform chairside assisting during dental procedures
- Place fillings and perform expanded dental functions within PA licensure
- Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and operatories
- Support clinical workflows to ensure smooth daily operations
