Requirements
- Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification[state-specific] from an accredited school
- X-ray certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A positive, supportive attitude that lifts patients and teammates alike
- A commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences every single day
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists
- Manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on track
- Capture and process X-rays
- Enter treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records
- Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean, organized operatory
- Monitor lab cases and ensure everything’s ready for the next day
- Deliver positive patient experiences from welcome to goodbye
