Westerville Parkway Dental is looking for a skilled, energetic, and dedicated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit dental team! Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an active EFDA.
- Active Ohio EFDA License.
- Active Ohio Dental Radiographer License.
- Active CPR / BLS Certification.
- Hands-on experience with iTero scanning, Invisalign attachment bonding, and Open Dental software is required.
- Great communication, reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality restorative placement and standard EFDA duties.
- Utilize iTero digital scanning for impressions and case setups.
- Perform Invisalign attachment bonding efficiently and accurately.
- Navigate and document clinical notes within Open Dental software.
- Assist the doctor with procedures while keeping patients comfortable and informed.
- Maintain clinical compliance, sterilization procedures, and room turnaround.
