Requirements
- Expanded-functions dental assisting education/training applicable to the duties performed
- X-ray/radiography qualifications as required
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Nice To Haves
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Coronal polishing training preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside clinical support to dentists and hygienists
- Perform expanded dental assisting duties within your training and permitted scope
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and patients for procedures
- Capture quality X-rays, panoramic images, digital scans, and 3D images as permitted
- Record medical and dental histories and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Enter treatment plans and update patient records
- Help manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on schedule
- Provide post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education
- Monitor lab cases and ensure materials are ready for upcoming appointments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain clean, safe, organized operatories
- Assist with inventory and clinical supplies as needed
- Deliver a positive, comfortable patient experience from arrival through checkout
