About The Position
We are seeking Part-Time or Full-Time Expanded Duties Dental Assistants who are friendly, team-oriented, willing to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. If you’re ready to join our family of professionals and make a difference in little smiles, we’d love to meet you! This role involves assisting chairside with expanded duties, performing x-rays and coronal polishing, supporting pediatric dental offices with various tasks, and welcoming patients. Flexibility to work at both Danville Pediatric Dentistry & Harrodsburg Kids Dentistry locations is a requirement.
Requirements
- Excellent attendance and a team player
- Great with children and able to communicate effectively
- Holds required certifications: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, Expanded Duties Dental Assistant, CPR
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certifications: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, CPR, EDDA
- Attributes: Fun, motivated, child-friendly, cooperative, communicative, energetic, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Assist chairside with expanded duties
- Perform x-rays and coronal polishing
- Support our pediatric dental offices with various tasks
- Welcome patients to the dental office.
