Requirements
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) experience required
- Comfortable placing anterior and posterior restorations
- Comfortable seating temporary and permanent crowns
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and instruments
- Accurate clinical documentation skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Calm, professional patient communication
- Ability to work well in a busy clinical environment
- Team-first mindset
- Commitment to quality care and patient comfort
Nice To Haves
- Experience with clear aligners preferred
Responsibilities
- Place anterior fillings
- Place posterior fillings on all surfaces
- Seat temporary crowns
- Seat permanent crowns
- Deliver clear aligners
- Assist the doctor during dental procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories
- Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
- Post procedures accurately
- Take clear, complete clinical notes
- Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Help the clinical team stay organized and on schedule
- Communicate clearly with the doctor, team members, and patients
