Experienced EDDA / Expanded Duties Dental Assistant
About The Position
Dental Horizons, a progressive private dental practice in Longmont, Colorado, is seeking an experienced Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) to join a team that prioritizes excellent dentistry, professional growth, healthy communication, and an exceptional experience for both patients and employees. Requirements
- 3+ years preferred, 5+ ideal, of dental assisting experience
- Strong expanded-duty clinical skills
- Confident and compassionate communication with patients
- Comfortable with modern dental technology and eager to continue learning
- Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
- Value organization, efficiency, accountability, and excellent clinical care
- Desire for feedback and professional growth
- Enjoy being part of a team with open communication, mutual support, and shared responsibility for patient experience
- Preference for a private practice environment focused on quality dentistry and patient health over production quotas
