About The Position

ADP is hiring a Client Digital Sales Associate. This role focuses on selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to existing clients by upselling using the latest digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to key decision-makers at companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses. The role involves providing expert guidance, building a book of business, and utilizing high-quality sales training and the latest technology. The position offers a set schedule Monday-Friday with no weekends, virtual appointments, and no travel requirements. It also includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Quick learner when it comes to learning new tools and technology.

  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Leveraging go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • A continuous learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within an assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
