About The Position

WonderWorks Panama City Beach is hiring Exhibits Attendants to interact positively with guests and encourage them to enjoy the attraction’s hands-on exhibits and rides, including the Bed of Nails, Wonder Coaster, and Astronaut Training Gyroscope. Attendants safely operate exhibits and help ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. On-the-job training is provided. Regular attendance is required. Candidates are subject to background checks.

Requirements

• Observational skills to ensure safe practices and recognize guest needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the work area for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Candidates are subject to background checks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous themed entertainment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and engage with guests in the assigned area; answer questions and provide information with a positive attitude.
• Ensure each guest understands and meets safety requirements, including height and weight requirements.
• Operate all exhibits safely.
• Maintain exhibit appearance and cleanliness according to WonderWorks standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
