About The Position

Inspect, inventory, repair, and clean (prep) trade show exhibits to ensure a faultless setup. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, working with an Account Manager and Exhibit Preparation Supervisor to prep exhibit property safely and on time, and applying general knowledge of repair techniques, laminating, Bondo, simple epoxies, and paints. The specialist will operate basic hand tools safely and knowledgeably, maintain good job records, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Knowledge of Windows 7 or greater.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Forklift driving is a requirement (ECI certification).

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prep exhibit property safely and on time in coordination with the Account Manager and Exhibit Preparation Supervisor.
• Apply general knowledge on repair techniques, laminating, the use of Bondo and simple epoxies, and paints.
• Operate all types of basic hand tools safely and knowledgeably.
• Maintain good records concerning current and past jobs.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
