The Exhibit Detailer is responsible for translating project estimates and design concepts into accurate 3D assembly models, graphic layouts, and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM). This role supports project management and production.

Requirements

Industrial design or 3D drafting background
Strong understanding of modular exhibit systems, aluminum extrusion structures, wood fabrication, SEG graphics, and other standard tradeshow booth components
Experience translating concepts into production-ready drawings and assemblies

3D CAD modeling and assembly development
Production detailing and technical drawing creation
Understanding of exhibit fabrication methods and materials
Graphic layout coordination within exhibit environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to support fast-paced project timelines

Responsibilities

Develop 3D CAD assembly models for tradeshow exhibits and booth structures
Convert linear and square-foot estimates into detailed production drawings
Produce graphic layouts and placement drawings for booth environments
Create Bills of Materials (BOM) for fabrication and production
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure accuracy.
Ensure designs align with standard exhibit systems, fabrication methods, and production capabilities
