About The Position
Seeking a skilled professional to design and lead exercise programs. Responsibilities include assessing health questionnaires, conducting fitness evaluations, updating exercise prescriptions, and implementing effective training strategies. The role requires strong communication, instructional abilities, and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent customer service, time management, and equipment oversight are essential.
Requirements
- A 4-year degree in exercise science or related field
- One approved certification such as (ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, NCSF) required
- Must obtain and maintain AHA CPR/AED certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience in fitness or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Create exercise programs for clients
- Provides personal training
- Fitness Assessment for members
- Use Microfit
- Employee wellness appts
- Equipment orientations
- Conduct educational classes or programs
- Part of weekend rotation
- Clean machines
- Help with special projects like moving equipment and deep cleaning
