Exercise Support Cell (ESC) Foreman - Range 37
About The Position
Serves as the Exercise Support Cell Foreman for Range 37, supervising personnel and providing construction management and a full range of logistical services, including facility maintenance and construction. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Supervise Exercise Support Cell personnel at Range 37 to ensure mission success. Provide general maintenance, repairs, and construction of facilities, grounds, and ancillary equipment such as targets, lighting, fences, gates, and buildings. Apply carpentry, woodworking, metalworking, concrete, masonry, basic electrical, and plumbing skills. Maintain familiarization with automated systems such as automated target systems. Operate heavy equipment, trucks, tractors, mowers, and other motor vehicles. Travel as requested to provide direct support for USAJFKSWCS courses.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Certification in Construction Management and/or at least two (2) years of construction project management experience (equivalent experience such as construction trade business ownership or management is acceptable)
- Subject matter expertise in all aspects of construction and facility maintenance operations
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to operate heavy equipment and motor vehicles
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to work in demanding indoor and outdoor environmental conditions
