About The Position
OBXtek is currently seeking an Exercise Planner to plan and manage cyber training exercises and scenarios within the DoD community. This Position is Subject to Contract Award.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different scopes and timelines
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and manage cyber training scenarios effectively (independently and in a team, with minimal supervision)
- Planning and managing cybersecurity training events within the DoD community.
- Meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements. (IAT II - Security+ CE, CySA+, PenTest+, CCNA, CCNA Security, GSEC, SSCP, or CND)
- Secret (active and current) Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Coordinates multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and timelines
- Executes cyber security training events independently and within a team
