About The Department: Cardiac rehab is a medically supervised program designed to improve your cardiovascular health after a heart attack or heart surgery through exercise and lifestyle modifications. Pulmonary rehab programs offer substantial benefits in improving lung function, reducing symptoms, and enhancing the quality of life for those suffering from chronic lung disease or asthma. Pulmonary rehab includes exercise classes and education about your lung disease or condition. About The Career: Provides exercise component in Cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Requirements

• College degree in health, exercise, related curriculum.
• BCLS required.

Nice To Haves

• BCLS Instructor certification preferred.
• ACSM certification preferred.
• Experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation preferred.
• ACLS preferred.
