About The Position

Under the general direction of the Cardiology Medical Director, the Exercise Physiologist will monitor patients' exercise ability and adjust daily exercise sessions to meet physical and psychosocial aspects of care. This role involves ensuring the maintenance of exercise equipment and inventory, monitoring par levels of supplies, participating in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities, and training new staff.

Requirements

• Graduate or currently enrolled in a Master's Program in a field related to Exercise Science or equivalent with skills and experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) upon hire and maintained current
• Dysrhythmia Course completion within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• 6 months of recent and relevant experience
• ACLS preferred
