About The Position

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Nursing Services is one of the most consequential senior leadership roles at The Centers. This executive is responsible for the strategic, operational, and clinical oversight of all nursing functions — encompassing Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs) — across our outpatient services and HOPE campus. As the EVP, you will set the standard for clinical nursing practice enterprise-wide, directly supervise the VP of Nursing Services and the Director of Nursing for Crisis Services, and ensure consistent, high-quality nursing care across a complex and growing system. You will be a visible champion for nursing at the executive and Board levels, and a trusted partner to clinical chiefs, physician leaders, and community stakeholders. This is not a maintenance role. It is a transformational leadership opportunity for a nursing executive who is passionate about integrated care, workforce excellence, and community health equity.

  • Ability to align nursing goals with organizational mission, vision, and values
  • Strong operational management capabilities across multi-site, multi-service-line environments, including outpatient primary care, behavioral health, psychiatry, crisis receiving and stabilization, residential addiction treatment, mobile and community-based services, and emerging service lines
  • Proficiency in budget management, resource planning, and performance metrics for nursing services
  • Ability to navigate change, adapt strategies to meet community health needs, and lead through complexity with confidence and calm
