MercyFirst is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic leader with experience in child and family clinical services to serve the Executive Vice President of Integrated Health. The role will report directly to the CEO, is part of the executive leadership team, and will be responsible for the oversight of all MercyFirst medical health and behavioral health services and programs in alignment with Medicaid Managed Care requirements and evidence-based, best practices. These programs include Medicaid 29-I services to child welfare programs as well as Care Management/Health Homes and Clinical Support Program. Additionally, the EVP of Integrated health will be responsible for the integration of these critical functions across the agency, as well as the development of new initiatives in partnership with the executive leadership team. The position will serve as a lead partner in the implementation of the Electric Health Record (EHR) software and will provide direct supervision and work closely with our Medical Director and Clinical Director. This person will work collaboratively with the CEO and the Executive Vice President of Performance and Quality Improvement to implement a data driven work culture and meet service, data, and financial objectives. A minimum of 10 years of experience, as well as in-depth knowledge of child and family services that align with these goals are required. This mis a hybrid position and will require regular travel to Brooklyn, Queens and Syosset, Long Island, as needed.
