This role offers opportunities to gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations (including sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions), and strategic workload planning. The position involves managing multiple specialty businesses, developing team members' expertise, and creating business-specific strategies and goals. Experience in recruiting, selecting, and managing talent for hourly team members and leaders is also a key aspect of this role.
