The Executive Team Leader Service & Engagement is an Assistant Manager role focused on the front end of the store. This role is responsible for advocating for the guest experience, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations. The position involves managing both physical and digital services, driving adoption and loyalty through knowledgeable assistance. Key responsibilities include empowering team members to make shopping seamless at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and pick-up/drive-up areas. This role offers knowledge of guest service fundamentals, skills in guest engagement, problem-solving, and retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, and pricing/promotions. It also involves experience in planning monthly/quarterly workloads, managing teams to achieve service and sales goals, recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders.
