This role involves leading a team of specialized consultants in Apparel & Accessories (A&A), Beauty, and Electronics to provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. The position focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience while managing tasks related to product availability, merchandising, pricing, and sales floor maintenance. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career. This role offers knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies, and the ability to manage multiple specialty businesses. It also involves experience in setting and planning monthly/quarterly workloads, managing teams to achieve sales goals, recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders.
